Moto Watch Launch: 13-Day Battery, AMOLED Display & More! (India Launch Jan 23) (2026)

Get ready, tech enthusiasts! Motorola is set to make a splash in India on January 23rd with the launch of the new Moto Watch, alongside the highly anticipated Motorola Signature flagship. This is big news, so let's dive into what you can expect!

The Moto Watch, which was first unveiled at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, is making its way to India. It boasts a sleek 1.4-inch OLED display, protected by Corning's Gorilla Glass 3, and an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance. This means it can handle a splash or two! It also offers 1 ATM3 protection, which means it can withstand pressure equivalent to a depth of 30 meters.

Design-wise, the watch features a stylish 47mm aluminum frame with a stainless steel crown. It's designed with 22mm band compatibility, and Motorola has already showcased Silver and Black color variants, with more options likely to be revealed at the launch event.

But here's where it gets interesting: Motorola has partnered with Polar for the technology behind its advanced health tracking features. The watch will also feature Moto AI and comes packed with features like dual-frequency GPS, activity alerts, sleep and step monitoring, calorie tracking, and stress monitoring. Plus, it's compatible with the Moto Watch app and includes a 'catch me up' feature for personalized summaries.

And this is the part most people miss: The Moto Watch will let you control your phone's music, launch the camera, or even find your phone directly from your wrist.

We already know from its CES debut that the watch promises an impressive 13 days of battery life without the Always-On Display (AOD) and 7 days with AOD enabled. That's a game-changer!

Now, let's not forget the star of the show: the Motorola Signature. This flagship device is confirmed to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor, paired with up to 16GB of RAM and a whopping 1TB of storage. It's set to be the latest top-tier phone from Motorola, kicking off a new era for the company.

The Signature is expected to feature a triple 50MP camera setup on the back and a 50MP shooter on the front. It will also sport an LTPO AMOLED display with a 165Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 6,200 nits, complemented by a speaker setup with Sound by Bose branding.

Furthermore, the phone will run on Motorola's custom Android 16 skin, with a promise of 7 years of OS updates and security patches. It will pack a 5,200mAh battery with support for 90W wired fast charging and 50W wireless charging.
